Welcome to BEL-English! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for purchasing and participating in our English language lesson packages. By booking our classes, you agree to comply with the terms stated below. These conditions are designed to ensure the best possible experience for both students and teachers.

Our lesson offerings include Kid's Lessons (Imagine Series) and Free Talk Lessons, each with specific guidelines for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. We encourage all students to carefully review the terms related to their selected lesson package before making a purchase.

Please note that acceptance of these terms is required upon purchase, and any questions regarding the policies can be directed to our support team via E-mail, WeChat, or Classin. Thank you for choosing BEL-English, and we look forward to helping you on your language-learning journey!

Kid's Lessons (Imagine Series) - Terms and Conditions:

Cancellations:
- 10-class package: You are allowed up to 3 free cancellations.
- 20-class package: You are allowed up to 5 free cancellations.
- 30-class package: You are allowed up to 8 free cancellations.
- 40-class package: You are allowed up to 10 free cancellations.
- Cancellations must be communicated via WeChat or Classin. Each canceled lesson can be rescheduled once for free, provided both parties agree on a new time.
- If the same lesson is canceled again or if you exceed the allowed free cancellations, a 50% fee will apply.
- Rescheduling may not always be possible, depending on teacher availability.
Refunds:
- Unused or canceled lessons will be refunded within 60 days of your last lesson, or the remaining balance can be applied toward a new course package.
- If the course is terminated early, any discounts will be forfeited, and you will need to pay the regular $20 fee per 30-minute lesson.
Acceptance of Terms:
- By purchasing a class package, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Free Talk Lessons - Terms and Conditions:

Cancellations:
- For 10-class packages, you are allowed up to 3 free cancellations.
- For 20-class packages, you are allowed up to 5 free cancellations.
- For 30-class packages, you are allowed up to 8 free cancellations.
- For 40-class packages, you are allowed up to 10 free cancellations.
- Cancellations must be communicated via WeChat or Classin. Each canceled lesson can be rescheduled once for free, provided both parties agree on a new time.
- If the same lesson is canceled again or if you exceed the allowed free cancellations, a 50% fee will apply.
Teacher Availability:
- Rescheduling is subject to teacher availability and may not always be possible.
Refunds:
- Unused or canceled lessons will be refunded within 60 days of your last lesson, or the remaining balance can be applied toward a new course package.
- Early termination of the course will result in the forfeiture of any discounts, and you will need to pay the regular rate of $15 per 30-minute lesson or $25 per 1-hour lesson.
